Andrew Williams

Hi, my name is Andrew. I’m passionate about helping organisations deliver transformation and get things done, with extensive global experience in business transformation. I was previously a Partner at KPMG, where I made Partner and set up the Supply Chain Operations Practice in the UK before moving to Asia for several years, where I grew KPMG’s consulting practice across the region.

During my time in Europe and Asia, I built extensive global board relationships and led and delivered transformation projects for blue-chip organisations. I have also developed strategies for a number of charities and strongly believe in delivering transformation value through culture and identity as well as P&L. I am also a Professor in Business Transformation at the University of Sheffield.
