Scott is an avid student of leadership. Having spent over 20 years building teams, initially in the education sector, before moving into charity and corporate leadership, he is dedicated to developing leaders who can grow thriving teams.
He is well-versed in steering organisations through highly-regulated territories (leading teams through 25+ successful Ofsted inspections in roles such as Director of Education and Proprietor) and bringing strategic clarity at times of challenge and fast-paced growth. He brings board-level experience as a chair of trustees and start-up insights as co-founder of a national charity.
Supporting a wide variety of clients - from non-profit, banking, engineering & media, to education, creative and law - Scott’s real passion is helping organisations to grow their number one asset…their people. By developing deeper thinkers and better problem solvers, Scott equips teams with the knowledge and belief they can go on to succeed in the challenges & opportunities that lay ahead.
