Rhian Williams
Education Sector Lead
I’m a values-led leadership and inclusion consultant, working with organisations to navigate change with clarity, integrity, and care. My work focuses on building trust, strengthening relationships, and helping leaders and teams move from complexity towards shared purpose and confident action.
Over the past twenty years, I’ve held senior leadership and system-facing roles across education and public services, including as a Head of Service and Head of the Virtual School. This work involved leading significant organisational and cultural change, with responsibility for strategic improvement, complex budgets, and multi-agency partnerships, alongside a strong focus on equity, accountability, and sustainable impact.
Alongside this, I work as an Associate Programme Lead and facilitator for the UCL Institute of Education, delivering national leadership programmes including NPQ Executive Leadership (International) and NPQ SENCO. Drawing on my senior leadership experience, this supports leaders to translate evidence and values into everyday decisions, behaviours, and ways of working. My approach is relational, thoughtful, and values driven. By combining strategic clarity with deep listening, I support organisations to align purpose with practice, strengthen collaboration, and create cultures where people and the communities they serve can flourish.
