As a corporate and charity leader and social impact champion, Luke is focused on working with individuals, teams and organisations that put people and purpose first. His work is shaped by a 30‑year career across the commercial and non‑profit sectors, underpinned by a triple‑accredited (ICF, AC, EMCC) qualification in coaching and positive psychology. Beginning in media and publishing, Luke has led national teams and delivered strategic growth for organisations including Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity, Shelter, and the British Red Cross. Most recently, as Director of Income at Bowel Cancer UK, Luke spent 12 years helping increase funding from £1m to £7m and strengthening organisational impact and performance.

Throughout his career, Luke has developed deep expertise in partnership working and relationship building, creating collaborations that deliver long‑term value and meaningful social impact. He brings a blend of solution-focused, people‑centred leadership, and sector insight to his coaching and consultancy work. He loves supporting leaders and teams to navigate complexity, unlock strengths, and reconnect with purpose—creating the clarity and confidence needed to move forward. His approach offers both strategic challenge and reflective space, helping individuals and organisations overcome obstacles and build meaningful, sustainable progress.
